BrandActive's Office Expansion

Managed BrandActive's office expansion project.

This expansion happened in the same building but on different floors.
I planned and managed the implementation of IT infrastructure requirement, vendor management, Fiber optic network planning, Wireless AP requirement analysis, AV requirement assessment and etc.

Network and System Monitoring

Implemented PRTG for network and System monitoring within BrandActive's infrastructure.

IKEv2 VPN implementation

Implemented companywide IKEv2 VPN connectivity using WatchGuard firewall system.

Office 365 Migration

Managed BrandActive's O365 migration.
License provisioning, Communication, Change Management Planning, Vendor management, Migrating Exchange and upgrading users to Microsoft Office ProPlus.

Microsoft Exchange 2013 Migration and Server decommissioning

Participated in Exchange migration from a physical server to a virtual server and decommissioning the old server.
Performed tests and validation steps to ensure the integrity and completeness of the migration.
Prepared companywide communication plans.

Implementing Virtualization - VMware

Implementing VMware ESXi host in BrandActive infrastructure
Using SAN - PureStorage arrays connection for data storage.
